Notes: 1:30 clock. Add weight each set.

A. Snatch balance, 3-3-2-2-1-1-1

Notes: 1:30 clock. Add weight each set with the last set being the heaviest.

10 burpees
15 KB swings, 24/16kg (101 Russian, 201 American)

15 box jumps, 24"/20" (step down)
10 power snatch, 101: 95/65; 201: 115/75lb

20 pullups
15 shoulder-to-overhead, 101: 95/65; 201: 115/75lb

Notes: 18 min cut-off. There's no rest between the three parts of this one. The clock runs the whole time. No changing weight once the workout starts. Use the same weight for both barbell movements.
