101 & 201

A. EMOM x10: 1 hang snatch + 1 snatch, build to AHAP
B. Strict pull-ups, 5x5, AHAP

Notes: Use a 2 minute clock for the pull-ups. Use any grip you want, but make these very tough.

7 min AMRAP:
1 muscle-up/C2B pull-up/pull-up
1 squat snatch, see notes below
2 muscle-up/etc.
2 squat snatch
3 MU
3 squat snatch
etc…

Notes: If you can, do MU's. If not, do C2B. If not those, do regular kipping pull-ups. For the snatch, use 80% of your heaviest from A, up to 135/85.
