Notes: 2.5 minute clock. These percentages are based off of 90% OF YOUR MOST RECENT 1RM. Don't use your 1RM, use 90% of your 1RM and then calculate your loads from that. That last set (5+) is essentially ME UB without failing. Get some.
B. 1 push press + 1 push jerk + 1 split jerk, 4 sets, build to AHAP
