Tuesday 03.11.14

The 5PM class last Thursday decided to turn it into a partner workout which worked out extremely well (I think everyone pushed a little harder as a result). Let's do it again shall we?


101 & 201

A. Back squat, 5@75%, 3@85%, 1+@95%

Notes: 2 minute clock. Again, these percentages should be based off of 90% of your 1RM. Also, you should be recording your numbers here, especially the reps/weight on the last set. That'll be important info in the not too distant future. Trust me.

With a partner and only one of you working at a time:

3 min AMRAP wall balls
1 min rest
3 min AMRAP double unders
1 min rest
3 min AMRAP front rack step-ups, 95/65 to 20"/16"
1 min rest
3 min AMRAP muscle-ups (substitute push-ups)
1 min rest
3 min AMRAP calories on AD
