This is pretty fun. It shows you a perspective on weightlifting that isn't as well known: the coaches, judges, struggles, pain, and triumphs that can accompany this sport.

This is a solid article for helping us all make sure that we know our purpose and our goals, and as a result should help us have the proper perspective on why we go to the gym every day. Like he said, the difference between athlete an exerciser is a continuum and it's important to know where we each fall on that continuum.
