Teams of 3
Every minute, on the minute x24 minutes:
Station 1 – 5 Pull-Ups, 10 Pushups, 15 Air Squats
Station 2 – Max Calorie Row/Airdyne
Station 3 – 25 Abmat Situps
Notes: Each athlete starts at a different station. Every minute you'll rotate with your teammates, thereby completing 8 rounds. If you're not able to complete the "Cindy" or the sit-up station, consider scaling the reps to 3-6-9 or 10 sit-ups, respectively. DO NOT reset the monitor on your machine, as your team's score is total calories rowed/Airdyned.
