Remember that the Going Away Party for Mary Hanks is this Friday evening, 5:30PM at Sanctify. Classes will be run as usual during the morning and then we'll have open gym from 3:30-5:30. The party will consist of a team workout followed by a potluck so please bring a dish to share.

C. Back Squat: 8x3, build to AHAP, 1:15 clock
Complete as many reps as possible in 7min:
