Yoga is coming to Sanctify! We're still trying to fill out the schedule, but as of now, starting Saturday, April 25 at 10:30AM, Jamie Priti Gratrix (one of the original Sanctifiers actually) will be instructing our Saturday yoga classes. She is really excited about being able to bring yoga to Sanctify and we're confident in what she's going to bring to the table.

10 Alternating Jump Lunges

Fitness

A. Back squat, 5x3 @87.5% of training weight*; 2:30 clock

15 Russian KB swings, 32/24kg or 24/16kg
15 wall balls
250m run

Notes:
- *remember that "training weight" represents 90% of your most recent 1RM; that is the number you'll base all of your weights on for this cycle
- 20 min cut-off on metcon
