Private training is without a doubt the best way to address the specific needs that anyone has when it relates to their fitness, but one thing can be sorely lacking if all one does is private training: community. That's why we feel that the group training environment is of great benefit to anyone once they've mastered the basics. The group environment is motivating, high-energy, and down-right fun. The social interaction found in a group setting combined with on-going private training offers one all of the benefits of both exercise environments without the drawbacks.
