Private & Semi-Private Training

Group classes can be fun and have an amazing atmosphere, but they're not the best for people who are new to functional fitness. For that reason all of our clients start off in a private, 1-on-1 setting. During these 1-on-1 Fundamentals sessions, coaches will get to know their clients better and clients can be more adequately prepared for the group classes. Private training is also great for on-going "maintenance" sessions. These sessions can be used to refine movement technique, discuss nutrition, clarify goals, and just to make sure that coaches don't lose track of their clients. The incorporation of private training into one's fitness routine is what sets Sanctify Fitness apart from a lot of other "group exercise" gyms in the area.
