This partner focused workout today packs a punch. It is meant to test athletes ability to push and recover in a short time frame with alternating full rounds on a 25 minute clock. We targeted 25:00 minutes here because the expectation is to finish each round in close to 2:00, but expect that time may slip away a bit, so with that having it be 25 minutes means athletes should be able to finish close to even rounds, rather than having one partner tackle more than the other. With that being said, the fitter of the two athletes should go first in order to have the best result and to challenge them a bit more if they do wind up hitting more rounds than the other partner.
