Box get-overs will slow the pace by nature, while hang power cleans and wall balls demand sharp transitions and disciplined sets to keep the barbell and wall ball moving. Teams should aim for efficient sets—3–5 reps on the box, 5–10 reps on the barbell, and 10–20 wall balls—while keeping transitions crisp. The focus is steady effort, shared rhythm, and support between partners to finish stronger together.
