Today’s session is all about teamwork, midline strength, and rope-skill endurance. “Long Haul” blends high-volume double unders work, planks, rope climbs, running, and synchro sit-ups. Athletes should pace early and aim for steady splits across all three rounds. Communication is key: partners must stay synchronized on planks and sit-ups, and split reps strategically on the double unders and climbs. The goal here is to start the session with some good skill work on the rope climbs, tackle partner strategy and then have everyone get ready to go and tackle the long workout today.
