Coaching Notes:
Today is about moving and staying steady with that aerobic capacity work. We have been building with this and similar combinations over the previous couple months, so you should have a really good idea for pacing strategy and keeping consistent across. If you can note down paces and see how steady you can stay round to round.
Scaling Considerations:
Today, the focus is all on pacing and consistent movement so scaling is not too hard other than changing the burpee target height, switching the double unders to single unders, and scaling the volume on the row and the bike to maintain consistent movement throughout.
