We are tackling our 1RM Strict Press for the day with the focus on building up over the course of 10 minutes and putting the finishing touches on our progression we tackled over the course of the previous 8 weeks. We will then move into a challenging upper body density triplet centered around Wall Walks, Thrusters, and Burpee Box Jump Overs that will challenge athletes to stay focused and keep pushing the pace through all 5 sets.
