Today’s session is designed to enhance your overhead strength and stability through the overhead squat. Following a thorough warm-up, athletes will progress through barbell-specific drills before tackling a challenging strength segment. The session concludes with a dynamic workout that combines core and explosive movements, followed by a mobility routine to aid recovery.
