Today’s session focuses on enhancing cardiovascular endurance and full body muscular endurance. Athletes will engage in a preparatory warm-up that primes the body for movement, followed by a challenging workout that combines running, pull-ups, sit-ups, and air squats. The session concludes with a mobility flow to support recovery and flexibility.
