Our group training classes accommodate all skill levels from the novice to the experienced CrossFit athlete. With a membership to group training classes at Sanctify, you’ll establish a regular routine and see gains in your strength and conditioning. Even better, your regular, ongoing one-on-one sessions with your coach will target your specific strengths and weaknesses. 

Small Group Classes and A Supportive Community

We intentionally limit the number of athletes in our group training classes. This allows our professional coaches to provide meaningful feedback to each client. Smaller classes enable our coaches to evaluate and adjust the movements of each athlete during class. On average, you can expect between six to ten athletes per class. We value the personalized interaction and greater attention to coaching that smaller classes offer. 

And yet, group training provides the camaraderie, support, and motivation that working out alone doesn’t. When you strain and strive shoulder-to-shoulder with like-minded folks, you push past your previous limits and discover capabilities you never thought possible. The shared experience of struggling through a workout with others facilitates personal growth as well as a sense of community. 

In short, Sanctify group training provides the best of both worlds: Attentive coaching amid the company and support of similarly motivated folks.

Ongoing Personal Training Included with All Memberships

All of our membership packages include not only unlimited weekly classes but also ongoing personal training sessions at a frequency of your choosing. Your recurring one-on-one sessions with your coach will target your unique objectives. These recurring sessions are an opportunity to refine skills, set goals, gain in-depth feedback on your movement patterns, and discuss sticking points.
